Do you service all hair textures including curly and natural hair?

Yes, we accommodate all hair types & textures. At this time, we are unable to provide services for braids, locs, and sew-in weaves or hair extensions.

Can I book for more than one person at the same time?

We can only accommodate one person per appointment. However, you may book back-to-back appointments.

Will I leave with wet hair?

After your head spa service, we gently towel dry your hair. Blow drying and styling are available as an add-on service for an additional fee, which can be arranged at the time of booking your appointment.

Policies

By Appointment Only

We are by appointment only, no walk-in or drop by appointments. Please book your appointment using our online booking site.

Deposit

To book your appointment, a $30 non-refundable deposit is needed. This deposit goes towards your service cost.

Payment

We accept cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay for payment. No Cashapp or Zelle.

Late Arrival

We kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure we can serve all our clients efficiently. We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the service price.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged a 50% booking fee of the service price and a new deposit will need to be paid to re-book.

Sick & Illness

If you are experiencing symptoms of illness such as fever, cough, sore throat, or any signs of being unwell, please cancel or reschedule your appointment in advance.

No Extra Guests

Your appointment is focused solely on pampering you. No extra guests allowed.

Here's what you should do the day of your appointment to prepare.

‣Arrive with hair that hasn't been washed in at least 2 days if your appointment includes a scalp analysis.

‣Arrive with hair detangled & ready to be serviced.

‣Remove contacts

‣No makeup as it may get ruined

‣Wear comfy clothes

‣Don't drink any caffeine

‣Silence your phone

‣Use the restroom before

‣No extra guests allowed

‣Plan for additional time in case it is needed
