Japanese Head Spa Treatments

Our head spa treatments are designed to promote relaxation and scalp health using traditional Japanese techniques. Each session includes a consultation to assess your scalp and hair condition, followed by a customized treatment plan.

Organic Products

We offer a range of organic hair care products. Our products are designed to nourish your hair and scalp, promoting overall health and well-being.

2. Appointments

Booking

Appointments can be booked online through our website. To book your appointment, a $30 non-refundable deposit is needed. This deposit goes towards your service cost.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged a 50% booking fee of the service price and a new deposit will need to be paid to re-book.

Late Arrivals

We kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure we can serve all our clients efficiently. We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the service price.

3. Payments

Payment Methods

We accept cash and major credit cards as payment. Full payment is required at the time of service.

Refunds

All sales of services rendered and products purchased are final. Services are non-refundable, but if you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss your concerns.
